We saw this amazing home for sale online drove over to it to check it out and saw the for sale sign at the end of the road. Coldwell Banker with Debbie Hutchins name at the top and a phone number so we called her. She said she could show us around the next day. She told us to be there for 11:00 A.M. and she was very prompt. shw did not leave any stone unturned, she started with the garage even going into detail about the specs of the house what it was made of and how and when. there was even a core sample of the house which she showed us first, she definitely did her research. On entering the home she pointed out woodwork, closet space closet lighting, intricacies that we may have missed on our own. Room after room she gave us the details of everything that we saw. She showed us the outside of the house and everything it had to offer. We loved it she had me sold right away and she helped us come in with a reasonable offer which was countered back but with a surprising twist in our favor. the original offer but 6 extra acres of land. Wooded with walking trails my dream home. I asked Debbie if she would be interested in selling my home and she came over to look at it right when we were done at my dream home. She had it listed the next night with pictures and had at least a dozen people interested and starting to come look at it within a day. The second person who came actually ended up buying the house but we wouldnt miss a beat. She answered ever question, acted as a liaison between all parties. Found information needed, new how to calm me when I would get nervous. (waiting for closing and banks asking for financials, Irs statements everything that would make a sane person cringe. Its not a simple task buying and selling a home but Debbie gave us her email, phone number and text so that we were always on the same page. She is an incredible person I would absolutely recommend her to everyone. The one other that I liked is her professionalism, everything was kept private between us. She is an amazing lady.

Debbie was amazing from the beginning. After an evaluation of our home and suggestions for a reasonable listing platform, she hired a professional photographer to capture the essence of this home. A 3 dimensional walk-through virtual tour was created so prospective buyers could examine thoroughly all area of the house and measure all room sizes. It was beautifully crafted with many vantage points which really showed exactly how my house was constructed. Debbie had multiple showings of the property and we received offers quickly. Before we knew it, the house was under contract in what I considered in a very rapid time . Debbie was a big help coordinating with the surveyor, the appraiser and our lawyer throughout the closing process. I had never sold or wanted to sell through a realtor before and she proved to be a blessing in this process.
